Barbara Dacri, Executive Director

Barbara Dacri, executive director
Barbara Dacri has been the executive director of Crossroads for Women since 2001. In this role, Dacri oversees the administrative and programmatic functions of the agency in its entirety. While Dacri has more than 30 years experience in all aspects and levels of addiction prevention and treatment in executive management and clinical roles, her expertise is in gender-specific substance abuse treatment. Dacri is a member of Maine Association of Substance Abuse Programs (MASAP) and Co-Occurring Collaborative of Southern Maine and has published several articles on substance abuse treatment.

Polly Haight Frawley, Assistant Executive Director

Polly Haight Frawley, assistant executive director
As assistant executive director of Crossroads for Women, Polly Haight Frawley oversees regulatory compliance, quality assurance and performance improvement for the agency. Before joining Crossroads for Women in 2003, Frawley worked several years as a mediator and was an assistant attorney general in the Maine Department of the Attorney General. Frawley is admitted to practice law in Maine, a graduate of the Institute for Civic Leadership and recently completed two terms on the MSAD 51 Board of Directors.

Darcy Boulton, Director of Administrative Services

As director of administrative services for Crossroads for Women, Darcy Boulton oversees business operations, outreach and marketing, human resources and information technology for the agency. Boulton joined Crossroads for Women in 1991 and has played a significant role in the expansion of the agency’s services throughout her tenure.

Teresa Valliere, director of inpatient services

Teresa Valliere, LCSW, LADC, CCS, director of inpatient services
As director of inpatient services, Teresa Valliere oversees the clinical services and daily operations of the residential programs in Windham and Portland. She is a licensed clinical social worker, licensed alcohol and drug counselor and certified clinical supervisor. Valliere joined Crossroads for Women in 2002 as program manager of the halfway house. In 2006 Valliere moved to director of inpatient services to further develop and refine the continuum of care in the residential programs. In her 10 years of post-graduate practice, she has focused on addiction and co-occurring disorders, gender responsive treatment and staff development. 

Georgana Prudhomme, director of outpatient services 

Georgana Prudhomme, LCSW, director of outpatient services
As director of outpatient services, Georgana Prudhomme oversees Crossroads for Women's intake, outpatient and intensive outpatient program (IOP) services in its downtown Portland office. She is a licensed clinical social worker and has Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Level II training and experience. With over 20 years of experience working with individuals, families and groups, Prudhomme's focus has been on women and trauma. In addition to her clinical background, she has worked in the business side of mental health and substance abuse treatment, including private insurance companies and non-profit agencies. Prudhomme belongs to the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
