Crossroads for Women in recovery are helping the U.S. Postal Service answer letters to Santa.
Residents say the program helps them deal with the holidays, which is a particularly difficult time for people in recovery.
Crossroads provides both inpatient and outpatient services for women. Research shows that the pathways to both addiction and recovery are different for women.
