Crossroads for Women is a private, nonprofit substance abuse treatment agency that addresses the unique needs of recovering women and their families through a multi-level continuum of care. With four facilities in Portland and Windham, Maine, we are the only gender-specific treatment agency in Maine, helping women recover from chemical dependency since 1974.

Full Time, Part time and Per diem Personal Care Coordinators
Full Time, Part Time and Per diem Personal Care Coordinators are needed to work at both our Residential facility in Windham and our Halfway House in Portland. These positions are a mix of shifts including days, evenings, overnights and weekends. The primary responsibility of the PCC is to maintain a healthy, safe, supportive environment for residential clients. Associates Degree or equivalent preferred, a minimum of one-year experience in a social services environment, preferably in a residential setting with substance abuse and/or mental health clients.
